The quality and professionalism of the trade would benefit by a national trade certification school. In partnership with a team of national Fire Protection industry experts, ISC is sponsoring the nations first trade school specializing in Kitchen Exhaust Systems and Inspections – USAKES (United States Academy for Kitchen Exhaust Specialists). Joe Palmore has been the Chief Executive Officer of ISC since 1988. He has lead the company from a successful local hood cleaning company in the DC metropolitan area to become the nation’s leading kitchen exhaust cleaning company. Monika Quigley President, Corporate Services

Monika has 25 years in business management and information technology. She joined ISC in June 2004 after serving 15 years at the World Bank and Development Gateway, Head of Technology. Prior to that, Monika founded a software consulting company, DSS Inc., where she consulted with organizations such as the IMF and U.S. Department of Education to implement global information and knowledge systems. monika@greasebusters.com

Leo Victor Perez National Training Coordinator

Victor Perez has been a leader with ISC since 1989, initially as GM for the metropolitan DC area to managing ISC’s national training center.
